Janice Haywood is passionate about guiding teachers, parents, and church staff ministers in providing appropriate and effective faith formation experiences for children at church and at home.
After receiving her master’s degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Janice served as Director of Childhood Education with the First Baptist Church of Charlotte. She became a consultant with the
Baptist State Convention of North Carolina in 1976 and ministered with the state’s 4,000 Baptist churches during the next 31 years.
